Vehicle Cold Starting.

The following is best way to resolve all 4 stroke engines with a cold starting problem. The engines are running to lean so you need to richen the air fuel mixture. The air density is different in China where the units are tested. Once the vehicle is received, you should adjust the air fuel screw to increase the amount of fuel into the cylinder until the engine starts easier in the cold. You should also increase the idle speed, let the engine run for about an hour.  Let it cool down and repeat the procedure again until the engine revs up without bogging down or stalling.  This is easy to do just lean out the air/fuel screw, and lower the idle little by little 1/8 of a turn at a time or until the vehicle starts with no problems when cold.

You can also refer to the manual for a better understanding.
