Standard Warranty

Updated September 11th 2006.

Redcat vehicles purchased from an authorized Redcat Motors brick and mortar dealer: 

ATVs up to 250cc - 12 Month Engine Warranty and 6 Month limited factory warranty on remaining parts*.

ATVs over 250cc - 6 Month Engine Warranty and 6 Month limited factory warranty on remaining parts*.

Motorcycles - 6 Month Engine Warranty and 6 Month limited factory warranty on remaining parts*.

Scooters - 6 Month Engine Warranty and 6 Month limited factory warranty on remaining parts*.

Karts - 6 Month engine only warranty*. 

Redcat vehicles purchased online:

6 Month Engine Only. There is no other warranty on online purchases*. 

*This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts, shipping costs or parts damaged due to accidents, abuse or neglect.  All warranty parts and labor must be provided by an authorized Redcat Motors dealer. Parts will not be warrantied direct to the end user or any non-authorized repair centers.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. REDCAT MOTORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.

Parts Returns

If for any reason you wish to return a part for a refund, please send an email to parts@redcatmotors.com or call 602-489-7276 within 15 days of the invoice date to obtain an “R.A.”, (return authorization #). Write the R.A. # on the outside of the box, and send the package to:

Attention: Returns

You are responsible for the freight charge associated with this return, please do not send the product back to us “Freight collect”, we will refuse the shipment and it will be returned to you by the carrier. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refund does not include the original shipping charge.
