YFB3 series dust explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is fully enclosed self-fan-cooled squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor. It is characterized by small volume, light weight, reliable operation and beautiful appearance.

Dust explosion-proof motor is mainly used in pharmaceutical, textile (such as cotton fiber, flax fiber, chemical fiber, etc.), metallurgy (magnesium powder, aluminum powder, carbon powder, etc.), grain processing (such as wheat, corn, grains, etc.), feed processing, fertilizer, tobacco, paper making, synthetic materials, building materials and other places where combustible dust exists.

In-process Inspection: All measuring apparatus and instruments are calibrated each year. Quality inspection and control are strictly applied for each item.

Factory Testing: Each motor must be tested before leaving the factory. Only when all items are qualified is the motor delivered. Each motor includes a detailed test report.

Paintings: Standard thickness of 120 microns (40 micron priming + 80 micron finish). Customizable colors available upon request.

Packaging: Standard seaworthy export package using plywood or wooden fumigation cases, suitable for long-distance sea transportation.

Warranty: Standard 12 months after commissioning, or 18 months after delivery, whichever comes first.
