💡 Product Overview

Integrated by a permanent magnet and reduction gearbox, this Synchronous motor features:

  • Slim Design and Stable Performance
  • Low Power Consumption and Constant Rotation Speed
  • Low Noise and High Torque
  • Small Size and Light Weight
  • No Drive Circuit required and easy to use

At rated frequency, the rotation speed is not affected by voltage. If overload or stall when loaded, the motor coil will not burn. Rotation directions available: CW, CCW and CW/CCW.

Note: If you choose CW/CCW and apply load over rated torque, the direction will automatically reverse. If you choose CW or CCW, the motor will maintain its direction.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the main features of this synchronous motor? A: It features a slim design, stable performance, low noise, high torque, and low power consumption. It is compact and requires no drive circuit.
Q2: Does the voltage affect the rotation speed? A: No, at the rated frequency, the rotation speed remains constant and is not affected by voltage fluctuations.
Q3: What happens if the motor is overloaded? A: The motor is designed so that the coil will not burn even if it is overloaded or stalls while loaded.
Q4: How does the rotation direction work? A: There are three options: Clockwise (CW), Counter-Clockwise (CCW), or a reversible CW/CCW. The CW/CCW version automatically reverses direction if the load exceeds the rated torque.
Q5: Can the specifications be customized? A: Yes, various shafts, speeds, torques, and wire leads can be customized according to specific requirements.
Q6: What materials are used in the construction? A: The motor uses high-quality galvanized sheets for the shell, POM/PA66 and metal for gears, ferrite for the magnetic core, and pure copper for the coils.
