YVF series motors feature high-strength cast iron structures, known for high reliability, wide speed ranges, and high precision. They utilize independent cooling fans to ensure consistent performance under varying speeds.
The motor adopts a Squirrel Cage construction with a frame welded from steel plates for light weight and superior stiffness. Stator windings use Class F insulation materials, reinforced with Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) for moisture and mechanical stress resistance. Depending on output power, the motor is equipped with high-quality ball or roller bearings.
