1. Advanced Insulation System: Features F-grade insulation using a first-class rubber-less system. High-quality mica tape and environmental protection resin are applied via VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation), ensuring low dielectric loss, strong mechanical strength, and moisture resistance.

2. Optimized Electromagnetic Design: By using "field and circuit" combination methods, the electromagnetic calculation accuracy is improved, guaranteeing maximum torque multiplier and overload capacity.

3. Structural Integrity: FEM (Finite Element Method) mechanical analysis is used for structural design to control vibration and noise while optimizing air volume distribution for superior cooling efficiency.

Painting: Standard thickness is 120 microns (40 micron primer + 80 micron finish). Custom colors are available upon request.

Packaging: Export-grade seaworthy packaging using plywood or fumigated wooden cases, suitable for long-distance sea transportation.

Warranty: Standard 12 months after commissioning or 18 months after delivery.
