For OEM customization (logo/color scheme only), the MOQ is 50 units. For ODM customization (functional adjustments), the MOQ is 100 units. The MOQ can be adjusted based on order volume with corresponding discounts.
Can we get samples to test performance before the first cooperation?
Yes! You can apply for 1-2 paid samples. After a successful test, the sample fee can be deducted from your bulk order payment. Samples are shipped with standard configurations by default.
Do you provide technical flight tuning support?
Yes. For bulk orders, we offer free online tuning guides (videos and manuals) for various scenarios including racetrack racing, freestyle flying, and indoor practice.
What is the warranty policy for electronic components?
Electronic components such as motors, ESCs, and flight controllers come with a 1-year warranty under normal use conditions.
Are your products compatible with mainstream FPV equipment?
Yes, they are compatible with all mainstream frequency band transmitters and goggles (such as DJI FPV, Fat Shark). We can pre-install designated receivers upon request.
